CSS Italy 2022

Through the talks of two distinguished Italian scientists, Roberto Benzi (Roma Tor Vergata) and Francesca Colaiori (CNR and Roma La Sapienza), we will show part of the myriad of aspects of the complexity. The event aims to explain the interdisciplinarity of complexity, from purely theoretical fields to real-world applications.

Following the talks, to complete the vision of the activities on complexity carried out in Italy, selected young participants will present their recent work on complexity. The purpose of this event is to create common links among the various groups and bring students closer to the study of complexity.

This event allows the CSS/Italy steering committee to pave the way for possible future collaborations between different groups working on complexity. Furthermore, these talks will give many students the opportunity to understand complexity in all its facets, and even to undertake studies in this area themselves.

The event will be held online on May 25th at 9:00-13:00.
