The Helpdesk at DFA is composed by several people (including Professors and members of the Technical and Administrative Staff), who will endeavour to answer your questions as soon as possible, according to their role and expertise. This service was initiated in 2019 in order to meet the number of requests of help concerning online or blended teaching from both Students and Professors, but is available ever since, for every request concerning teaching, studying, or the Department in general.
