Learning Objectives

Knowledge of the instruments typical of electromagnetism and optics measurements. Acquisition of the experimental method in physics.


Course Structure

The course consists in three cycles of lessons alternated with three cycles of work in laboratory.


Detailed Course Content

Deepening of some aspects of the measurement theory and of the methods of analysis of experimental data; experiments on electrical circuits powered with direct and alternative voltages; vacuum and semiconductor valves; motion of charged particles in electric and magnetic fields; experiments of geometrical and physical optics.
