Learning Objectives

Knowledge of the instruments typical of electromagnetism and optics. Acquisition of the experimental method in physics and ability in performing an experiment and writing a report on the measurements and on the analysis and interpretation of results .


Detailed Course Content

Deepening of some aspects of the measurement theory and of the methods of analysis of experimental data; experiments on electrical circuits powered with direct and alternative voltages; vacuum and semiconductor valves; motion of charged particles in electric and magnetic fields; experiments of geometrical and physical optics.
