From May 29^th  through June 1^st  the 35^th Workshop on Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits, WOCSDICE 2011 (www.wocsdice2011.org),  will be held in Catania at the Museo Diocesano on Piazza Duomo. The workshop is organized by the Catania branch of the Istituto per la Microelettronica e Microsistemi of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche and will be chaired by Dr. Vito Raineri and Dr. Fabrizio Roccaforte.
